Standard stock items typically start from 500–1,000 pcs. Custom parts require mold development first, with MOQ usually 1,000–5,000 pcs depending on the product. We can discuss lower MOQs for initial trial orders.
Standard sampling takes 7–10 business days (including mold making). Rush orders can be completed in 3–5 days depending on part complexity.
Yes — every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and material declaration. FDA, RoHS, LFGB, and REACH test reports can be provided upon request.
We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal (for samples). Typical terms are 30–50% deposit upfront, with the balance paid before shipment. Terms are negotiable for established clients.
Absolutely — factory visits are welcome. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment and we'll arrange a full guided tour of our production facility and quality lab.
Standard stock samples are free — you only pay courier charges. Custom prototype samples incur a tooling/sampling fee, which is credited back against your first production order.
