Every step from raw material to finished product is governed by strict quality controls — traceable, documented, and consistently delivered.
All silicone raw materials undergo rigorous incoming inspection before entering our warehouse: certification document review, physical property testing (hardness, tensile strength, elongation), and hazardous substance screening (RoHS/REACH). Non-conforming materials are rejected outright. We source exclusively from internationally recognized brands including WACKER and Dow Corning.
Precise color matching is performed by our specialist color technicians against Pantone references or client-supplied color swatches, with ΔE ≤ 1.5 tolerance. For solid silicone, raw compound is blended on open mills to ensure thorough dispersion of pigments and functional additives. Mooney viscosity is checked post-mixing to confirm process consistency.
Our in-house tooling center runs high-precision CNC machining centers and EDM equipment. Mold cavities are designed with shrinkage compensation (typically 2.5%–3% for silicone) and machined to ±0.01mm precision. Every new mold undergoes a First Article Inspection (FAI) before release to production.
The optimal molding process is selected based on part geometry and material: LSR injection molding (ideal for precision, medical, or micro parts), solid silicone compression molding (for large or thick-walled parts), or transfer molding. Cure temperature (150–200°C), pressure, and time are precisely controlled to ensure complete vulcanization and on-spec physical properties.
Molded parts undergo a post-cure oven cycle at 200°C for 4 hours to fully eliminate residual low-molecular-weight siloxanes and volatile byproducts. This step is critical for food-grade and medical-grade products to meet hygiene and compliance standards, and also enhances thermal stability and long-term material properties.
Depending on product requirements, we carry out: manual or automated deflashing (parting line removal), surface coating (feel enhancement or gloss treatment), screen printing (LOGO / artwork / text), laser engraving, and assembly or bonding of multi-component parts. All secondary operations are performed in-house under controlled conditions.
Pre-shipment inspection combines 100% visual inspection (color, flash, bubbles, short shots, contamination) with AQL-based dimensional sampling and physical property testing (hardness, tensile, tear strength). Functional tests such as sealing pressure tests or compression set measurements are run where specified. All inspection records are filed for full traceability.
Products are packed to customer specifications — PE bags, bubble wrap, foam-lined cartons, or anti-static packaging for precision parts. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and material declaration. We work closely with DHL, FedEx, and UPS, and can coordinate sea freight or air freight. On-time delivery rate: 98%+.
